CONSTRUCTION MEASURES

In 1997 the old farmhouse was completely renovated with great care.

In 2000 our Kneipp facility was inaugurated, which is fed with water from our own mountain spring.

In 2002 we completely redesigned the entrance area.

In the late autumn of 2004, the entire roof of the main house was torn down, the house was extended and cross gables were also installed. Since then, the spacious "cozy rooms", "romantic rooms" and "family nests" have also been available to guests.

In January 2005, the transformation of the basement into a "wellness facility" began. The parlor sauna with 5 different climate zones, an infrared sauna and a generously designed relaxation room should contribute to the fact that the guests remember their vacation and our “dog riding”.

Since December 2010 our restaurant shines in new splendor. The guest room has been completely renovated and refurnished.

In June 2011 our "Sonnenalm", located opposite the main building, was opened. After only 5 months of construction, 2 studios and 3 family nests were created. All with a large balcony or terrace and a wonderful view of the mountains.

Since July 2011 our therapist Maja Erler Fritz has been pampering our guests with various massages, packs and wellness treatments in her

Practice in our house.

In the spring of 2013, the 1 km long barefoot path, popular with our guests, was laid out.

In November 2013 our kitchen was completely renovated and equipped with energy-saving appliances.

In spring 2017 our guests can have breakfast and dinner on the newly designed terrace. The view from there of the mountains inspires every day anew.

In October 2018 and April 2019 we widened and paved our access road.
